For almost 2 years now, I've been taking Tumbling classes at the National Centre for Circus Arts (formerly known as Circus Space).
It's been great; I'm part a great group of people who have become friends, and even though I've been doing it twice a week for a while, there's still many things to practice and learn.
The only issue is that when I tell people about it, they're always a bit confused as to what people actually do in a tumbling class. Here's what Wikipedia has to say about it:
In gymnastics, tumbling, also known as power tumbling is an acrobatic sporting discipline which combines some of the skills of artistic gymnastics on the floor with those of trampolining.
But that doesn't quite cut it, so I thought I'd make this montage of what my group has been up last term!
